Candida Diet Friendly
If you’re on an anti-candida diet for yeast overgrowth/candidiasis AND you’re vegan, the diet restrictions can make it really difficult to figure out what to eat without getting bored of the same 4 dishes day in, day out!
In this section I’ve compiled my recipes whose ingredient lists primarily fit with the maintenance stage of the anti-candida diet, or offer options to make them candida-friendly (e.g. swapping wheat pasta for rice pasta).
